Originally designed for 3PL logistics, our new Dispatch Module is now being rolled out as the mainstream solution for all customers, marking a major step forward in how freight movements are planned, managed, and monitored.

The previous module had limitations—edit functionality was restricted, and planning jobs followed a “job-first” method. The new module streamlines dispatching by creating a load first, then assigning jobs. This approach provides structure, capacity control, and visibility, while improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer communication. While job-first can work for small volumes, load-first is far more effective as operations scale.

This isn’t just an upgrade—it’s about clarity, control, and efficiency. Teams can respond faster, manage changes more effectively, and track jobs with enhanced search functionality. Manifest management is now integrated directly in the screen, making the process manifest-driven rather than run-driven, allowing for greater flexibility.

We’re gradually moving all customers to this new module, ensuring a smooth transition with full support. This rollout lays the foundation for a more connected, efficient, and modern dispatching experience across all operations.
